- 9 355ml glasses of partly skimmed 1% milk
- 10 355ml glasses of water (excluding the dozens of ice cubes I suck on)
- A half block of "old" style cheese
- A bag of black seedless grapes
- Four bakery-style chocolate cookies from Safeway
- 2 litres of diet pop (Coke/7up/Ginger Ale)
