Appetite Suppressants

1. To put an end to forcibly; subdue.
2. To curtail or prohibit the activities of.
3. To keep from being revealed, published, or circulated.
4. To deliberately exclude (unacceptable desires or thoughts) from the mind.

When I get the craving for food, whether that be a chocolate bar or a juicy steak, I've always stuck by one suppressant. And while It's not some vicious drug, it's not exactly good for you.. The answer my friend, is a blowing in the wind

Diet Coke! Sure, it doesn't have the classical and preferred taste of regular Coke, but it's a good quick fix. Unfortunately though, studies have linked Aspartame to causing a selection of negative side-affects which can vary from individual; hell, even cancer is linked to it.

Yeahh..see what I just did? Rather then telling you how to suppress you're appetite, I told you could get cancer from drinking items with Aspartame. Make no mistake, Aspartame is up there with the worst of drugs. And honestly, I drink tons of this stuff. I get the occasional dizzy spell, but haven't had any real issues yet; clearly though, I need to stop drinking it.

While were on the subject; I remember when I first had a taste of Diet Coke (some 5+ years ago) and thought it was the most repulsive thing on earth. It was at my uncles house and I thought I could improve the taste by dumping spoonfuls of sugar into it..lol!

Now, what the hell was the point of this post again?
