'Donnie Darko'

For the longest of time I had heard of a movie by the name of 'Donnie Darko', and how brilliant it apparently was. Anyhow, I finally got a chance to watch the movie a couple of nights ago and those who said it was brilliant were incorrect.

It's not brilliant, it's just absolutely-amazingly-brilliant-fantastic worldly awesome. Sorry for the muddy sentence..

You know, there are good movies and then are good movies. A good movie, for instance, would be 'Rudy' or the 'Usual Suspects', but Donnie Darko belongs in a category above 'good'. For myself, such is evident on how much of an impact the movie makes on me and as obvious, Donnie Darko made a huge impact on me. This movie is perfection and easily sits amongst my absolute favourites.
